Obituary of Bertha J. Neal

Bertha J. Neal, affectionately known as Bert to some of her family and friends, of St. Paul, MN, passed away on March 9, 2024, at the age of 82. Among the relatives who preceded her in death are her parents, Earsel and Juristine; five brothers, Sylvester, Ellis, Earsel Jr., Joseph, and Charles; and three sisters, Edna, Eva, and Delois. She is survived by her siblings Earnestine and George; her aunt Janie Gardner; sisters in-law; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. The family encourages the wearing of masks at the visitation.
